A massive housing project is underway for a town in Northeast Arkansas, and with jobs surrounding the town, locals see big opportunities. Construction began at the corner of Church and Memphis Street in Tyronza on Oct. 6 through 12. Around 65 acres of land will turn into future homes and apartments.
The project will be separated into four different phases.
Ritter Arnold, Partner in MPR Properties, said what all will be in phase one. “Phase one will be made up of approximately 20 residential lots, and then 24 apartments,” said Arnold. Tyronza is around 30 minutes away from Jonesboro, Memphis, and Osceola, all places with job opportunities. This was one of the reasons Tyronza was chosen for this project.
